training philosophy

I believe the style and approach to training can change at different times in your life; the most important thing is to listen to your body and do whatever provides a satisfying challenge yet keeps you coming back for more. The secret is simple: do what you love! Currently, Strength and Conditioning is my choice. Proper technique, heavier weights followed by some bodyweight, kettlebell, or dumbbell work, higher reps, and a faster heart rate. Juicy.

I believe there isn’t one training style that is right for everyone at all times; the most important thing is to listen to your body and challenge yourself adequately to ensure you keep coming back for more.

The secret is simple: do what you love!

Strength and Conditioning is my primary training method. My sessions consist of proper technique, heavier weights followed by some bodyweight, kettlebell or dumbbell exercises, and higher reps to get your heart pumping.

PT Client Reviews

Hammad Khan

“I started PT with Jennia over a year ago. I felt unfit and struggled to lift a 7kg kettlebell. When I started training with Jennia, she listened to my silly questions and answered them patiently. During lockdown, Jennia motivated me to keep training. She made it so easy for me to have sessions at a convenient location and time that worked around my schedule. Not just that, she helped to improve my habits and help me improve my physical and mental strength. All in all, Jennia is the best person to have as your coach.”
